Transforming Rural India through Digital Empowerment

To address the digital gap in rural areas, IT-ITeS SSC Nasscom in collaboration with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), has launched Rural School Digital Skills Program to bridge the digital divide by providing fundamental computer skills to students from underprivileged rural backgrounds. Digital tools will be integrated to create engaging, personalized, and effective educational experiences for students in grades I-VIII.


As a part of this, a four-day Training of Trainers (ToT) program was conducted for 103 government school teachers, with the first batch being trained from March 21st–22nd and the second batch on March 24th–25th, 2025.

With an overwhelming response of 33,000 student registrations, the event truly set a new benchmark in connecting talent with opportunity.

Launched by Hon’ble Minister for Human Resources Development of Andhra Pradesh, Shri Nara Lokesh, the career fair was a resounding success, bringing together top employers, industry leaders, and skilled professionals.
